Postage Prices?  Do you ship to? The Shopping Cart page has a calculator for all pricing and destinations.

 

Adding items to an unshipped order?  Please place a second order and send us a quick email so that we can combine and refund the extra S&H charges.  Please be aware that we may assess up to a 0.50 charge to combine orders to cover transaction fees.

 

Item marked delivered but not at mailbox?  The fastest way to resolve is to contact your local post office and explain the situation.  Most of the time it was accidentally delivered to a neighboring address, and the local branch can view the GPS coordinates of the delivery scan to confirm.  Alternatively you can fill out a form at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm but this will add time to the process.  Most of the time the missing package is found and redelivered.

Tracking, Global Advantage, GlobalPost Shipments: If the shipping method at checkout indicates "no tracking", we really can't fully track the parcel.  GlobalPost shipments may have some limited tracking but it typically stops within the US borders.  This does not indicate a problem with the shipment.  If it has been in transit for longer than 30 days, please contact us so that we may follow up with GlobalPost on the parcel.

Collaborations, YouTube, social media review kits: At this time we are not able to provide parts in exchange for social media reviews.

Used Parts? Because of the amount of time involved in testing & selling used parts, we are unable to maintain an inventory of parts consoles.

COVID related shipping delays:  It is normal to see long delays at international airports such as Chicago or Detroit.  Additional info on our COVID page.
