These belts replaces a worn, broken, or missing drive belt in the Mitsumi Quick Disk 2.8" floppy drive, as used in the following hardware:

Some Quick Disk drives use flat belts, and some use square belts. If your drive uses a flat belt, this should be the replacement for you!
