All games sold by Console5 get proper cleaning treament, and NES games get a few extra bonuses.  All NES games are cleaned using proper electronic-safe solvents, not polished with harsh abrasives which can remove protective gold plating.  Each game is tested in an original, unmodified front loading console with an original Nintendo pin connector.  Our NES game testing setup is demanding and we won't sell a NES game cart unless it works properly on the first try.  It would be easier to test with a toploading console but that would be cheating :-)
